Websites that create positive impression on the user holds greater chance of getting targeted website traffic and online business. First impression is the last impression so try to make it very strong and appealing. The period of leaving a long lasting impression on the user is for just few seconds.

If you are not an expert and have knowledge about different areas of website service then do not try to design your site by your own. Lack of proper experience leads to mistakes that should not have occurred. It holds true especially for beginners and newbie on internet.

1. Websites with slower loading web pages increases the waiting time period for the users. In order to eliminate this shortcoming keep the images at lower resolution and page size less than 60 KB for faster downloading speed.

1. Web page layout should not be cluttered by keeping navigation links scattered all over the page. It has to be well organized and has to have a specific location for all these links.

1. See to it that the web content is free from any spelling and grammar errors. To ensure this spell check should be carried out.

1. Text on the web page has to be placed in a manner where it is easy for the users to read them. Break them into multiple paragraphs, sub-points and highlight keywords.

1. Do not keep the font styles and sizes in proper format without keeping text either too small or too big. Fonts like Verdana, MS sans serif and Arial are best options that keep reading comfortable.

1. Avoid ignoring the importance of white space on a web page. For this txt can be broken into smaller sections with necessary bullet points and sub-headings.

1. Colors play important role in affecting interest level of the visitor if you put glaring background that makes it difficult for the user to concentrate and read. Ignore using darker background with text of light color. Generally white background and black text is best option.

1. Never install in-built website music that cannot be controlled or stopped when needed by the user. If you want to keep music on the website, do give the option of on and off button.

1. Avoid having poor layout and web page design that tries to cover every pixel of space. So leave some amount of white space and limit the amount of website designing.

ARGGGG! I can't get this font to install!!!!?

I recently got one of the new Macbooks and now I'm trying to reinstall all the fon't I had on my old Windows. I've got quite a few of them back, but there is one font that unzips and does everything perfectly, until I'm actually trying to use it. It just comes out on my Pages document as a san-serif font. It's so annoying, because it's one of my favourite fonts!!!!

The Font is called Pablo (you can download it for free in some places).

f**** macs.im sorry but macs are way to complicated to work with if your a fellow pc user sorry!
