Which of these Old time radio shows was more popular?
I am a fan of Old time radio shows and i read that the radio show " Lights Out" was the scariest radio show however I am a big gan of " The Hermits Cave" I was curious which one had a bigger following in that era. Thanks for your help.
One clue: There were only about 31 episodes of The Hermits' Cave made, while there were nearly 150 episodes of Lights Out in its initial run. The fact that LO was also brought back 3 years after that original run ended would certainly indicate it was the more successful program. If you tested both series names on someone who heard these programs when they originally aired - someone now 75+ years old, say - they would remember LO but might draw a blank on THC.
