Knowing the Parts of RC Mode Planes
Flying RC model planes is one of the biggest crazes among men and women. Its popularity started several years ago, yet the hobby is still being enjoyed by fanatics of all ages. These radio-controlled planes are favorite pastimes for those who have always wanted to fly a plane on their own. Some are in this hobby just for the simple fun of it. These RC planes are accurate models of an actual aircraft. Their acts of flying teach the user a lot about how real planes fly and some of their fundamental technicalities. The main reason why many people love this hobby is because of the overwhelming fulfillment they get after taking part in the plane's successful flight from its take-off to its landing. Basic Parts Because they are precise models, the parts of these model planes are also scaled-down versions of the actual planes. Therefore, having some knowledge about their parts definitely would make one feel like a pro in aviation. Knowing the basic parts of RC model planes play a big element in one's grasp about RC planes and how they can be a fun experience for everyone. Engine This part is the source of the overall power of a model plane. It gives the necessary push in every plane to start and complete every flight. Every plane's engine varies and can either be an electric motor, a jet engine or a gas engine. The size of its engine also varies depending on the plane size. The larger the plane size, the bigger its engine should be. Nose This part is located at the face of RC planes. It got its name from its shape that resembles a human nose. This part is often the first one to get damaged whenever plane models crash. It is a front piece that belongs to the fuselage and is located before the wings. For some planes, the nose has the plane's propeller on them. Fuselage The fuselage is the major body of the RC model planes. It holds the entirety of the planes themselves. On the normal setting, the fuselage is where the pilots, cabin crews and passengers stay. On a model plane setting, the fuselage consists of all the technical pieces needed for the plane to function. It also contains all the batteries, wires and the engine. Wing This is the most popular part of a plane. The wings are attached to the plane's fuselage and do not flutter like that of a bird's wings. They can come in various shapes although the most ordinary ones are straight wings. Other available wing shapes are triangular, round, arched and elliptical. The wings commonly come in pairs however; some of the newbie RC planes only have one wing. In this case, the wing can be positioned on high, mid, and low positions in the fuselage. Propeller This part consists of two or three blades which are located on the plane's nose, wing or tail. These blades rotate in order to impel the wind forces which determine the plane's movement.
RC model planes
are definitely fun to collect. Knowing their basic parts not only adds to one's familiarity of the model planes but also opens more room for exploration and discovery of their other interesting aspects. By simply learning how to control and fly a model plane, it takes every one to a step closer in understanding the world of aviation.

Will every family own a plane in the future?
We just need an affordable plane to start the revolution, just like the Model T did with cars. Owning a car once seemed to be a luxury, but that changed quickly.
In the future, will commuters go to work on their own jets and airplanes?
I really hope not. Besides, many people are scared to fly when they're a passenger, let alone flying a plane themselves. If everyone owned an aircraft then it would take the fun out of flying. It wouldn't be as special or exclusive. It would cause many problems if that many people were in the air at the same time traveling at such high speeds. Plus, with the economy and fuel prices the way they are, I highly doubt that will happen, because airplanes, especially jets, gulp fuel in gallons a minute. It wouldn't be economical or practical to fly a jet to work when it's only five or ten, or even 50 miles away. I hope aircraft stay commercial , so we can have all those big, loud jets and the huge, busy airports. If everyone owned a plane, then we would have a bunch of tiny boring airplanes flying in the sky hitting into each other It would be really weird without commercial aircraft. Just imagine if everyone drove the same car or everyone drove fast, racing cars. What would be so exciting and special about yours?
