Being successful is no more difficult than baking a cake. All it takes are some very simple tiny steps

1. Declare a possibility for yourself like: "I am the possibility of being outrageous and loving."

2. Now that you have created a possibility for your life, stand in that possibility and think about what your life will look like three years from now. Think about what you will have or be doing. Standing in the future as if it has already happened is the best way to create the next three years of your life.

3. Every quarter (three months), review your 3-year vision and create goals based on it for that quarter. Remember to stand in the future as if it has already happened when you create these goals each quarter.

Wondering why we keep telling you to stand in the future as if it is already fulfilled? The reason we do this is that your subconscious cannot tell the difference between reality and fantasy. This is the same reason that when you watch a scary movie that you get scared. Furthermore, if you stood as the future as say the President of the USA, would your life now seem that difficult? This is a key ingredient to your recipe for success.

4. Much like a cook, you need a recipe to follow to bake the cake that you want because it prioritizes your actions. We'll call this recipe for success your Unleash Lifelog. One of the biggest and most frequently made mistakes is not writing things down. Writing things down makes it real and makes it much more likely to happen because your goal actually exists in the physical world. The funny thing is that many people experience success after writing something, never reviewing it again only to find it years later to realize that they accomplished everything on the list!

Basically, what we really want you to understand is that what you say creates your life. Let's look at a great example. Just a couple of years after the Russians launched Sputnik, President Kennedy summoned the top scientists and asked them how long it would take to land on the moon. Even the most optimistic estimates told him that it would take at least 30 years. Not long after being told that, he stood in front of a crowd at Baylor University and said, "By the end of this decade, we will have put a man on the moon...not because it is easy but because it is hard."

Even though the most optimistic scientists said that it would take 30+ years, Kennedy made a declaration and it happened in less than 10 years. The flipside of this story is that had Kennedy not made that declaration, the experts' beliefs would have prevailed and set back the space program by at least 20 years.

This structure is key to the recipe for success because it gives you the ability to create infinite possibilities, intentions and goals while at the same time keeping you on track with the basics.

It's that simple!It's that easy! Now, you already have your three year goals set as well as your goals for the next three months. But how to you guarantee that you accomplish those goals? Step by step, complete your weekly goals that you detail in your weekly Unleash Lifelog. It's like the old saying, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!"

To further guarantee your success and even go well beyond your goals, revisiting your current goals and three year goals will propel you even farther ahead.

Revisit your quarterly goals like this:

Grab your Quarterly Goals Folder and review your Target and Minimum Intentions. Think about each one.

If it's done, put a check mark beside it and congratulate yourself.

Now, if you haven't yet completed it but you are 1005 positive that you will accomplish it by the end of the quarter, then write "OK" next to it.

However, if it is predictable that you will accomplish your goal, then do yourself a favor and either redeclare your goal so that it is achievable or delete it all together if it does mean anything to you anymore.

A lot of people believe that this is giving up or cheating but it is not. It is simply acknowledging where you are at and what you are really up to. If you are so far behind that you absolutely cannot meet your goals then probably wouldn't have met them anyway. So, why torture yourself? Save yourself a lot of energy and reduce your aggravation and pain of trying to accomplish the impossible by recreating your goals.

Remember: there is no penalty for setting modest goals and overachieving. You won't feel bad about that! However, if you set a high goal and don't achieve, you'll probably feel like a failure right? Ponder this example: say that your original goal was to lose 20 pounds in 60 days but after 30 days you only lost 5 pounds. How would you feel if you didn't recommit to a goal that is more realistic? Probably pretty miserable right? And guess what, since we don't like to do things that make us feel miserable, you'd probably fail anyway! Recommitting is not failing or cheating... it's just smart!

How come all the characters looks like font size 6 in my Yahoo Mail page, not sure when this happens?

The Email message itself looks normal in size but the to, from, subj etc is tiny. Even those Contacts, Inbox, sent, spam sections, and all those folders that I created is so tiny. Help!

Press and hold down the "ctrl" key while rolling (scrolling) your mouse wheel, backwards (larger) and forwards (smaller) to adjust it to a size that you want.
