Whoever has been in charge of a family reunion will you give me helpful ideas?

Well, first of all you need to do these
1. think about what time of season you want to do it and date also. summer is always recomended.
2. get the names of all your family members
3. after you get the idea of who might come, then check the finances
4. find who is paying for what
5. think about the location. Most people just ask the police permision to close a street infront of your house if thats permisible in your state. Otherwise, find a family member who has the biggest yard on their property for the location or do it in the neighberhood park.
6. start sending the message out. Ill recomend the local news paper announcements and or text massages like once every month just to remind them. I dont think there is a need to send out formal invitations because everyone is basically family.
7. remember to give the heads up as soon as possible, maybe 6months before the event.
