Women's Watches that Know How to Make a Statement

Why do white dots appear when I melt UTEE (ultra thick embossing enamel)?

White spots appear as I melt the UTEE on to card stock. I have tried using less heat, making sure I am moving the gun around, etc. I cannot find anything about it on the internet.
The white spots are permanent and cannot be removed. They are not raised like the clear UTEE when melted. The UTEE is a new bottle and not mixed with any other embossing powder.

Never heard of this happening. Do the white spots stay after you are don melting the UTEE? The only thing I can think of is that there is some white embossing powder in the UTEE
