Hey, I cut my thumb pretty deep about seven days ago on a switch blade... Is it safe to get it wet?
I Currently have "steril strips" on it now as the doctor called it, And it seems to be healing pretty well but it was a really deep cut on the tip of my thumb, I am afraid to get it wet, should i be ok? i dont want it to re open or anything ><.

It depends on how deep it still is.
If it's healed quite a bit, you can probably get it wet. Water shouldn't open the wound. After you're done getting wet, though, be sure to wipe the cut with alcohol or another disinfectant, and you'll probably want to put another bandage on.
