Every year the fashions change, but the colours are always on the same cycles. Spring and summer calls for bright and fresh colours while autumn and winter normally cries out for browns and blacks and all darker tones.

What do I do with the final loop in crochet?
Am crocheting really basic little flowers to appliqé later on. All individual little pieces. What do I do with the final loop of each piece so that it is 'finished' ie it does not unravel anymore?
(I am at work now, resources are limited so the simplest possible way please)
You need to cut the yarn a few inches from the loop. With your crochet hook, pull the cut end through the loop firmly. Then weave the loose end into the stitches for a finished look.
