Scrapbooking comes from English "scrap" (small pieces), and "book" (book), scrapbooking is the latest craze in creative hobbies. In the U.S., this technique is to stage the most beautiful pictures in a fun and creative way, and has already attracted over 25 million people. Scrap fairs are organized, the best known is the CHA (Craft & Hobby Association). Specialty boutiques and shops publish multiple books on the subject.
People are now getting into digital scrapbooking. The computer becomes the virtual playground of creativity. A Microsoft Application offers software ScrapBook 2006, the virtual toolbox of a scrapbooker: photo editing, templates ready for use, illustrations, importing scanned items, Clipart, however many scrappers are not particularly a fan of this version as it takes away the creative side of this hobby.

It's easy and full of imagination. That is why it pleases. For some, their passion for photography has led him to learn to scrap. The minimum equipment (cutter, self-healing mat ...) is not too expensive. Prices obviously depend on the stores. Craft stores dedicated to scrapbooking are sure to have a material adapted to the technical constraints of scrap (no acid). The scrapbooking products are mostly imported from the United States.
The scrapbooking workshop course is between 30 and 60 Euros. These courses are taught in small groups: maximum 6 people. Depending on the degree of difficulty, they generally teach you to make an album or scrapbook page. The best place to get advice or simply learn from is the professionals.
