What things should I do for a neon doodle (bright colors) theme birthday party?

I am having a neon doodle theme birthday party. I have no idea what to do. Any tips?

It looks like a throwback to the sixties...all that psychedelic party ware and peace signs...so why not run with that? Hang up beads, wear beads, pass out beads..make things "groovy" and "far out". Feature music from the 60's, games from that era: hula hoops, those wooden paddle things with the rubber band ball attached....jacks.

Have a pinata...play balloon games and relay races. Have guests wear shirts that can be signed by everyone (a keepsake)....have some permanent markers in different colors on hand. Pass out glow bracelets, etc.

Have a digital camera ready...pass it around like "hot potato" game...set the timer and keep passing it: whoever it flashes on is out of the game. Also great memories of the night, too.
