A BOOK ABOUT FAIRIES???? ANY IDEAS?

so i have been researching about fairies for a little while now. not those tiny happy ones like tinker bell but the folklore fairies who are human sized, creepy beautiful, in between hell and heaven and deceiving.
I need a way to start the story i want to write...and i dont really have any ideas.
help???

The best single book on fairies is A Dictionary of Fairies by Katherine Briggs.

She was a famous folklorist and the book explores every type of fairy and fairy legend. Although partly a reference book, it can just be read for entertainment as well. I never get tired of reading it.

t may be out of print but you could find it on ebay or second-hand at Amazon.
