Would you like... turn blue? Even though it's just a rubber band, that's gotta cut off your circulation somethin' awful, huh?
I figure it would go purple quickly and eventually you would lose all feeling within your hand. I'm not sure you would die from it...but you would certainly lose that hand. It would also depend on how the veins in your arm reacts to the lack of circulation in which case major arteries could be affected and then you possibly die from that. which i presume would happen if you left it on for a week considering how dead the wrist would already be.
